Dr. Porntip Petmitr is an Associate Professor in the Department of Protozoology. She obtained her B.Sc. in Medical Technology from Chiangmai University. She has an M.Sc. in Tropical Medicine and Ph.D. in Biochemistry, both from Mahidol University. Prof. Emeritus Sasithon Pukrittayakamee

Dr. Sasithon Pukrittayakamee is a Professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine. Her work is largely focused on anti-malarial drug discovery, with an emphasis on the particular challenges involved with the malaria parasite Plasmodium vivax. Dr. Sasithon is an established research leader in Southeast Asia.
