Dr. Yaowapa Maneerat is an Associate Professor in the Department of Tropical Pathology. She received her D.V.M. degree from Chulalongkorn University and completed her M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Pathobiology at Mahidol University, Thailand. She is involved in research in the Department and teaching at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine.

Dr. Urai Chaisri is an Associate Professor in the Department of Tropical Pathology. She has a PhD and MSc in Tropical Medicine, both from Mahidol University, Thailand.

Dr. Ronald Enrique Morales Vargas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Entomology. He received his Ph.D. in Medical Entomology from the Institute for Tropical Medicine, Nagasaki University, Japan. Dr. Porntip Petmitr is an Associate Professor in the Department of Protozoology. She obtained her B.Sc. in Medical Technology from Chiangmai University. She has an M.Sc. in Tropical Medicine and Ph.D. in Biochemistry, both from Mahidol University. She teaches graduate students and supervises several Masters and Ph.D. students at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine.

Dr. Srivicha Krudsood is a Professor in the Department of Tropical Hygiene. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Far Eastern University, Philippines, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Clinical Tropical Medicine from Mahidol University, Thailand. Dr. Sasithon Pukrittayakamee is a Professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine. Her work is largely focused on anti-malarial drug discovery, with an emphasis on the particular challenges involved with the malaria parasite Plasmodium vivax. Dr. Sasithon is an established research leader in Southeast Asia.

Associate Professor Noppadon Tangpukdee, Ph.D. is involved in 3 core missions of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University: teaching, research and academic services.
